opinion: implies a conclusion thought out yet open to dispute: each expert seems to be of a different ~.


view: suggests an opinion more or less colored by feeling, sentiment, or bias of the holder: very assertive in stating his ~s. (color染色，意思就是影响)


belief: implies deliberate acceptance and intellectual assent: a firm ~ in a supreme being.


conviction: applies to a firmly and seriously held belief: a ~ that she was right.


persuasion: suggests a belief grounded on assurance often arising from feelings and wishes rather than from evidence or argument of its truth: was of the ~ that Republicans was better for business.


sentiment: suggests a settled opinion reflective of one’s feelings: her feminist ~s were well-known.


opinion意见: 思考得出的结论，但可以有争议， view观点: 是多少受个人情感偏好影响的意见，belief相信: 刻意接受和思想认同(deliberate知道后果的，即刻意故意。assent理解并同意) ， conviction坚信: 坚定、郑重(serious)的相信， persuasion:基于感情愿望而非证据论证的主观相信， sentiment: 牢固树立的情感观念 (这个词既表示观念，也表示情感，无法区分，参见昨天2017-04-20情感，例句完全相同)

记忆方法：1）首字母OVBCPS调整顺序成COPS Very Brave警察非常勇敢<==我的观点意见    (cop=policeman or policewoman)

          2）观念的意思是认为是真实的判断mean a judgment one holds to be true.

belief: suggests mental acceptance but may or may not implies certitude in the believer: my ~ that I had caught all the errors.


faith: always suggests certitude even where there is no evidence or proof: an unshakable ~ in God.


credence: suggests intellectual assent without implies anything about the validity of the grounds for assent: a theory given little ~ by scientists.


credit: implies assent on grounds other than direct proof: give no ~ to idle rumors.


belief相信: 思想上接受，但可能确信也可能不(certitude十分确信)， faith信念: 永远表示确信，哪怕没有证据证明(真善美、宗教、资本主义、社会主义都属于信念，因为人们会在没有证据的情况下相信，否则不能叫信念)， credence相信: 相信但可能没有有效根据，credit相信: 相信但可能没有直接证据


记忆方法：1）首字母BFCC想成白发苍苍，宁移白首之心<==永远相信

          2）相信的意思是理解并认同某物mean an assent to the truth of something offered for acceptance.   （第一组意思是观点意见，第二组意思是相信信念，意思很接近，命名观念是为了方便记忆）
